The making of Luxury Series

Step 01
Designing and Engineering
Engineers create detailed CAD designs, finalizing the wheel's shape, dimensions, and spoke patterns. A precise mold is crafted from steel to match the design.
Step 02
Melting the Alloy
Aluminum alloy is melted in a furnace at over 700°C (1292°F) to achieve a molten state. The alloy is specifically formulated for strength and durability.
Step 03
Low Pressure Casting
The molten aluminum is poured into the mold using low-pressure casting technology. This method ensures the alloy fills every crevice, creating a denser, stronger wheel.
Step 04
Endurance Test
Best quality ensured by strict quality checks. That’s a given at Sentali, which is why every wheel is X-rayed before processing is continued. Processing is carried out using CNC technology. The screw machine, and milling machine, respectively ensure precision and consistent results. The machines are pre-programmed and operate fully automated so that the offset, every bolt hole and every drilled hole is perfect.
Step 05
Coating and Quality Inspection
The wheel is painted or finished in multiple layers, providing color, shine, and corrosion resistance. Finally, it undergoes strict quality testing for strength, durability, and balance.
Step 06
Packaging
The process begins with a Styrofoam lip protector to safeguard the edges, followed by a form sheet overlay carefully placed to protect the face of the wheel. For added reinforcement, a cardboard sheet with precision cutouts is applied to shield the edges, while a protective plastic bag is wrapped over the wheel to prevent dust and scratches. Finally, the wheel is securely placed in a durable box, with all hardware safely stored inside, ensuring your Sentali Wheels arrive flawless and ready to elevate your vehicle.

Warranty

Sentali Luxury wheels provides a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials under normal and reasonable use from the date of purchase. Additionally, all wheels come with a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty.
