The making of Forged Off-Road

Step 01
Designing and Engineering
Starting from the initial drawing board, the journey of crafting a wheel unfolds with precision and creativity. Our talented designers meticulously shape the concept into detailed 3D graphics, capturing every nuance of the vision. This collaborative process extends seamlessly to our engineering team, who rigorously analyze the structure to ensure unmatched durability, peak performance, and superior quality in the final product.
Step 02
Lathing
The lathe-turning step is crucial because it not only shapes the wheel to achieve a specific design and concavity but also removes significant material to optimize weight reduction while maintaining structural integrity. This meticulous material removal helps ensure the final product is lightweight yet strong enough to withstand various stresses.
Step 03
CNC Milling
Once the profile is completed, the forgings are transferred to the mill process, where the design truly comes to life. During this phase, the mill cycles utilize a series of pre-selected tool sets and milling paths. These cycles, which can take up to four hours per wheel, ensure the utmost precision and craftsmanship.
Step 04
Post Milling
After milling, each raw milled aluminum section undergoes meticulous stages of refinement, including hand filing, deburring, buffing, and ceramic bead high-luster polishing. These steps are essential for preparing the wheels for their ultimate finish. This stage is crucial for craftsmen to ensure the wheel is perfectly prepped for coating. Once the hand filing and sculpting are completed, every wheel is subjected to a thorough checklist to ensure no compromises on quality, ensuring a flawless final product.

The Finish

Sentali Forged also offers fully custom finishes alongside standard options like Gloss Black, Gloss Black Milled, and Anodized Red. Warranty

Sentali Forged provides a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials under normal and reasonable use from the date of purchase. Additionally, all wheels come with a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty.
