Forged Off-Road wheels begin as a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminium pressed under up to 10,000 tons, then lathed, CNC-milled and finished by hand.

Designing and Engineering
Starting from the initial drawing board, the journey of crafting a wheel unfolds with precision and creativity.

Lathing
The lathe-turning step is crucial because it not only shapes the wheel to achieve a specific design and concavity but also removes significant material to optimize weight reduction while maintaining structural integrity.

CNC Milling
Once the profile is completed, the forgings are transferred to the mill process, where the design truly comes to life.

Post Milling
After milling, each raw milled aluminum section undergoes meticulous stages of refinement, including hand filing, deburring, buffing, and ceramic bead high-luster polishing.
