The making of Barrel Forged

Step 01
Designing and Engineering
The production journey begins with conceptualization. Innovative ideas are transformed into precise CAD drawings. Each design is meticulously engineered to ensure it meets both aesthetic and functional requirements, laying the groundwork for a production-ready model.
Step 02
Material Preparation and Formation
High-quality T-6061 aluminum is melted and formed into a barrel, the foundational structure of the wheel. Simultaneously, a low-pressure casting process is used to create the center section of the wheel, ensuring a perfect balance between strength and weight.
Step 03
Finishing and Painting
The barrel and center undergo a detailed finishing process. They are treated with high-quality paints and finishes, available in a variety of options to cater to diverse aesthetic preferences. The barrel and center are painted in two different finishes to achieve a striking two-piece look.
Step 04
Hybrid Friction Welding
The barrel and center are seamlessly joined using advanced Hybrid Friction Welding technology. This innovative process not only enhances the structural integrity of the wheel but also achieves a striking two-piece appearance, setting the Barrel Forged series apart.
Step 05
Quality and Endurance Testing
Each wheel undergoes rigorous testing to identify and eliminate any potential quality compromises. Endurance testing ensures that every wheel can withstand the challenges of real-world conditions, meeting the highest safety and performance standards.
Step 06
Visual Inspection and Packaging
Finally, the wheels are subjected to a thorough visual inspection to confirm flawless craftsmanship. Once approved, they are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. With the Barrel Forged series, Sentali delivers a perfect blend of innovative technology, refined design, and robust durability, setting new benchmarks in the Canadian wheel market.

Warranty

Sentali Barrel Forged provides a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials under normal and reasonable use from the date of purchase. Additionally, all wheels come with a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty.
